Hahahaha okay.
1. Remember Tiara (the investigator we were pumped about?) and Abrion (our other struggling investigator)? Well. As you know Tiara and her 4 kids and dad came and lived with Abrion who has two kids and they were all crammed into this tiny apartment and Abrion was NOT feeling it, and it didn't help that Tiara was being a big turkey and ungrateful. So Tuesday at 3am Abrion had enough! And her and Tiara just went at it. Apparently Tiara punched her and then Abrion threw a pan of hot grease at her and then Tiara tried to choke her with a rope and then their children were fighting and it was just a big mess so the cops came but Tiara ran out (leaving behind all of her stuff) And this is the point we are at when all of a sudden we hear a knock on the door
Then we hear 'Open up it's the Sheriff' and Abrion says No I ain't opening the door! Ahhhhh. Sister Hill and I just kind of look at each other like Oh my gosh what do we even do? So then Abrion moves all of Tiara's clothes and stuff to the back and then opens the door and the cop is like hello ma'am we need to retrieve this man's (referring to Tiara's dad and her kids) clothes back. And THEN Abrion lies and says she threw it all out!!! Ah we didn't know what to do! So finally the cop leaves and she looks at us and just keeps talking hahaha.
2. Usually when people feed us we are ECSTATIC! But when it's Sister Booth we get nervous. She is a less active and we visit her every week and we love her soooo much!! But she is a hoarder.. so that gets kind of interesting when she tries to cook. So we go over and she says we are going to have "Stuffed Tomotoes" And I 'm like okay I can handle that. But oh my gosh it was this nassssty tuna on a tomato! *picture below*
So at one point she left the kitchen to go and check on her son and as soon as she left I was like I have to find a way to get rid of this!! So i grabbed a paper cup and just started filling it hahaha. Then sister Hill started filling it too! Lol thankfully Sis Booth didn't come in. It was really funny!
3. Oh and we got a MINI MISSIONARY! Her name is Aurelia and she is 16. At first it was way weird having 3 people but then we got used to it and now it's weird only having two of us! She was shy but also very outgoing once you got to know her.
I truly am loving being on a mission! Every day is a new chance to show God our love for Him. I know that when you put God first everything else falls into place.
