Receipt Fail

Sorry I haven't been able to email in a while! but alas here I am!
let me be cliche for a moment and talk about the weather because
1. i love it
2. it's beautiful! #nosnow
3. my dad just sent me pictures of back home and I am glad I am not there hahaha

Here are some updates on our....
TEACHING

ED B. So the other day we went to a gas station, obviously to get gas haha. Well we have a policy where we have to keep the receipts to eventually send into our leaders.. well anyways the receipt wouldn't print! it said "receipt failed" which meant we had to put in extra effort to go inside and ask the lady if she could print us one haha. on our way out a gentleman looked at us and said "how do I join the sisterhood??" and you know me i sometimes am a little... sassy... haha so we had a really good conversation. we ended up standing outside the gas station for like 30 minutes.  We taught him about the restoration and it was awesome! I am so grateful that receipt failed.
It's made me ponder what other "receipt  failed" moments have I had. There are times where I think c'mon did this really need to happen today, but I've learned every struggle today turns into a blessing for tomorrow.
GREG. he is a solid investigator! He called over a month ago saying ' i believe people came to the Americas' and ever since then he has been on fire! Currently he has a baptism date set for March 18th.
REBECCA & JASON. hahahaha this is the cutest weirdest couple (they are engaged). I love them will all my heart! We were tracting the other day and met Rebecca and she said to come back the following day, so we did. When we walked in Jason said "I am so gald you are here! I have so many questions!!" at first i was like oh no this is probably going to go south real quick (because that's what usually happens when people have 'questions') but his grandfather was LDS. It's amazing how Heavenly Father is preparing His children. anyways. there is never a dull moment with them haha.
>>KOI FISH Last night we started talking about baptism and he said how once he went to a cowboy pastor and asked what it meant to be baptized and the pastor said well come to my house after church and I will let you know. then in Jason's exact words "Lo and behold I found myself in a white robe standing knee deep in the middle of a koi fish pond! Not many people can say they have been baptized with Japanese fish" hahaha literally never a dull moment.
Love you all!! Thanks for being my email squad for 10 months! only 8 more to go(:
