It's August!

It's been a bomb week! here are some highlights

He is the most legit investigator. He is like 70 years old and SUPER active!! last week we had a lesson with him and we challenged him to prepare to be baptized September 10th and he just kept beating around the bush and wouldn't say yes. To be honest it was kind of frustrating because there is nothing holding him back, besides himself. but on Sunday he came to the temple fireside and said he has some "news" for us but doesn't want to tell us until tomorrow (meaning today). Tonight we have a lesson with him, and President Bateman at the STL temple! we are super pumped!! :) It is amazing how this gospel changes lives. 

MLC and the PLAN OF SALVATION

this week we also really focused on the Plan of Salvation and Jesus Christ. I am so grateful that Heavenly Father has blessed me with the knowledge of where I came from, my purpose on earth, and where I will be going after this life. This is such a sacred knowledge and I feel blessed I get to help others find this truth. There truly are so many of our brothers and sisters who have no idea what they are missing, because they literally don't know what's missing.
 "Wherefore, all mankind were in a lost and in a fallen state, and ever would be save they should rely on this Redeemer." 1 Nephi 10:6 

I know Christ not only knows the way, but he is the way. If you are every feeling lost, and trust me we all feel that way, please turn to the Lord and exercise your faith unto repentance. He is reaching out to you at this very moment, ready to embrace you into His loving arms. 

FUN FACT
sister earnshaw started scratching my back yesterday and i realized no one has scratched my back in 15 months and i started crying hahahah sometimes tears just fall out of my eyes. I blame it on something I call the tear meter. it's like a reservoir waiting inside my eyes and little things cause it to overflow and it just happens haha. don't worry I am emotionally stable ;)
