THE BEST MONTH

JULY IS HERE>>> Finally! This is my favorite month of the year! Which means MIRACLES have already started to occur!!

To be exact 3 miracles!

1. 3 NEW <YSA> INVESTIGATORS

After 4 months of trying and trying and trying to find new invesetigators for the Young Single Adult branch, Heavenly Father has decided that it is time! Their names are: Cachela, Myesha, and Quewon.

Lessons learned: Never give up! Patience. Diligence. Faith.

2. Is it s bird? is it a plane? No it's Ed on a spiritual rocket!!!

This past week Ed really has been proactive in striving to increase his faith unto repentance! we talked about how there is SO much opposition in the world and we are blessed to choose what we want. Ed chose church! he also chose to go to the family history center and there he "felt the spirit of God." Without us even asking he knows his next step is baptism!

Lessons learned: The Doctrine of Christ changes people, CHRIST changes people. We are Agents. The small choices we make really do matter.

3. FASTING MIRACLE

On Sunday we were fasting that our monthly goals of July could be met. They are kinda high so we need Heavenly's Fathers help all the way. This is how we were able to pick up Quewon as a new investigator. He is SO solid!!! He had to work so he ended up coming to the last like 30 minutes of church, so we decided to just teach him. We taught the restoration and boom it was fantastic! He is genuinely searching for truth! he is already trying to rearrange his work schedule so he can come the whole day next Sunday!

Lessons learned: Fasting in the name of Christ has real power. There are prepared people ready to receive the restored gospel.

FUNNY (creepy) STORY from Sister Earnshaw's point of view lol

We were in a lesson and Sister Howard went to decline the call with a text message but dropped the phone and somehow it answered the phone call. Turns out that a 70 year old man named Michael who they had talked to about a month or so ago in Walmart was calling to ask Sister Howard out on a date. SO CREEPY. SO HILARIOUS. Sister Howard freaked out and handed the phone to me. I had to explain to him that we are missionaries and have a set of rules that we live by and declined his offer. He kept making comments like "If i come to your church will that change your mind? You can teach me about Jesus."

hahahahaha yup. and that sums up my week!!
