Dumpster

Sorry I couldn't send an email last week! We now have to email at the library so I now need to learn time management. The struggle is real hahaha. 

The other day we walked out of our aparment and BAM there was a firetruck and a couple of police cars and they were hosing down our dumpster that we had just thrown trash into hahahaha #wasn'tus

But not only was our dumpster on fire but our investigators are on fire too! (not literally, that would be bad) But spiritually there is a flame that is continually increasing! I LOVE being able to see the light grow in their eyes.

Not yesterday but last Sunday a girl by the name of Hailey just showed up to church. She's 17 and has never been to a church like ours before (she just moved in with her less active cousin and they decided to come) and BAM she has a baptismal date of Oct 29! 

Marisa and Jacque are now on date for November 5th (because they have to go out of town the 29th) But they are still loving it!

 

Some thoughts I've gathered this week are:

 I know that God is in control.

 I know that faith and fear cannot dwell in the same space.

 I know that the best antidote to stress is gratitude. 

Also side note we started listening to Christmas music October 14th the same day I wore leggings and a scarf hahaha
