So on Monday we got the call that we would be doing exchanges with the Sister Training Leaders Thursday and Friday, and that I would be staying in the area and being the "senior companion" for 24 hours. Man I was freaking out!!!
So Thursday came and the STL I was with was Sister Day and she's suppper sweet!! She just doesn't talk a lot.. So the first appointment we went to was a recent convert/ less active who is kind of... crazy.... like legit. And she started yelling and lets just say the lesson went downhill quick. BUT I kept it together and it ended on a good note haha. That night was rough. But Friday went a lot better!
I realized I really needed that to happen! Sometimes Heavenly Father makes us do hard things. But He knows we need to go through them to realize how strong we really are. I know if we turn to Him and prayerfully plead for His help that we will realize He never left us and he never will leave us :)
Yesterday I gave a talk on BAPTISM! And people came up to me and told me they really liked it afterwards so I guess that was a good thing haha. The main theme of it was how when we are baptized it's like entering into a family!
Stephanie was supposed to get baptized this week! But she didn't because her mom went out of town suddenly and she hadn't signed the baptism record and we couldn't do it without her signature.. But this Sunday!! :)
It's been raining a ton this week! But good thing I have my crock shoes ;)
